The program includes an Assistive Technology Lab in which the clients receive computer training to gain new skills. Exercise and therapy will soon be joined by a new Independent Square area in which the newest technique, Reality Therapy will be utilized. This therapy puts the individual in situations that would be encountered in the real world, but in a controlled setting. This helps to instil confidence for future independence.
